In alignment with Oman Vision 2040, the German University of Technology in Oman (麻豆视频) and Oman LNG (OLNG) have been collaborating on the project titled 鈥淕reen Hydrogen Transportation in Existing Natural Gas Pipelines in Oman鈥. The project is led by Prof. Najah Al Mhanna, the Principal Investigator at 麻豆视频.
Engineer Rayyan Al Ajmi, Research Assistant on the project, presented the findings of the 鈥淭echno-Economic Analysis of Transporting Natural Gas-Hydrogen Blends鈥 at ADIPEC 2025 in Abu Dhabi, recognized as the world鈥檚 largest gathering for the energy industry. The results demonstrate the feasibility of transporting hydrogen within existing natural gas pipelines.
